Poncho-25 is a weapon in the game Commando 2. It shoots short range shotgun shells. Any soldier within range is damaged. It is obtained by accomplishing the 1^st mission. Every hit gives extra bonus of 50 points.

• The Poncho-25 gives extra 50 points per hit, although hitting multiple targets will raise the score from a single shot.
• It is part of Category F.
• It is very similar to the PA-4514, but it has longer barrel, it reloads faster, and has smaller range.
• It can shoot through walls.
• Soldiers killed by the poncho and other shotguns will appear to have their corpses knocked backwards, though this will not affect anything they drop.
• It is probably based on the real-life Mossberg 590, a pump-action riot shotgun.
• The firing sound is shared by the USP45 from Counter-Strike. Because of this, there is no pumping sound after firing unlike the PA-4514, even though it's based on a pump-action shotgun.
