The P25-Maisto is a weapon in the game Commando 2. It is obtained by accomplishing the 3^rd Mission and unlocking the 4^th Mission.

Description

It shoots an accurate, but medium-sized missile and has 25 missiles in its magazine. Each hit gives the player extra 100 points.

Pros

• It shoots a high-velocity missile.
• High fire rate with the male Character.
• Great range with small splash damage.
• One of the most powerful weapons in the game
• Missile pierces through a line of foot soldiers.

Cons

• Consumes ammo very fast.
• Its damage output drops very fast, starting with Mission 8.
• Reloads slow with the female Character.

Notes

• On Mission 8, players have to carefully choose which weapons to bring in the hardest Mission of the game. The viable options include the P25-Maisto, Desert Rat, silenced or not; Logan-35, PA-4514, C25 Marrugo, DA Moonshadow, or Dominator.
• On Mission 8, the P25-Maisto is an integral part of taking out the unavoidable Kongfu Warrior along with the Dominator; alternatively, one could use the DA Moonshadow and Logan-35 to take him out instead.

Trivia

• It is one of the most powerful weapons in the game. Unfortunately its damage output drops significantly; starting after Mission 8. The weapon becomes questionable to use after obtaining the Pequeno-R25 and Dragon Destructor.
• It is part of Category G, along with the Nayberg NS30, SE-40 Prowse, Glenos-G 160, and TI Prescision.
• It is very similar to the Nayberg NS30, but is more accurate and yields more damage.
• Its missile it launches is capable of passing through multiple foot soldiers along with the Dragon Destructor.
• Its missile is very much the same to the Kee-Jerk Terminator's missile.
• It is also available in Commando Assault, having 45 rounds in the magazine; as well as it having an appearance in Commando 3 in the hands of the female Character; likely more being nerfed in that game.
• Its range is long and fires at a much faster rate than normal if used by the male Character. 
• The P25-Maisto resembles the fictional rocket launcher, the SPNKR from the Halo series in looks to its two tubes and similar shape that both weapons share.
