The Dominator is a powerful rocket launcher in the game Commando 2. It is obtained by accomplishing the 7th Mission and unlocking the 8th Mission.
Description[]
The Dominator shoots 3 rockets per shot fired that retain their trajectory unless at certain angles or enough time passes, in which the missiles begin to scatter. It has 25 rounds in the magazine before it needs to be reloaded and each single hit from a single rocket gives an extra 100 points.
Pros[]
- Perfect weapon to counterattack against the Kongfu Warrior's pink fireballs.
- Good for clearing out groups due to its spread.
- Good for the redballs on the Warlord Samurai's third section.
Cons[]
- Weaker than the P25-Maisto; a weapon unlocked back in the 3rd Mission.
- Spread of the gun may be unreliable.
- The Dominator's overall usefulness wanes on Hard when the Dragon Destructor is unlocked.
Notes[]
- On Mission 8, players have to carefully choose which weapons to bring in the hardest Mission of the game. The viable options include the P25-Maisto, Desert Rat, silenced or not; Logan-35, PA-4514, C25 Marrugo, DA Moonshadow, or Dominator.
- On Mission 8, the Dominator is an integral part of taking out the unavoidable Kongfu Warrior along with the P25-Maisto; alternatively, one could use the DA Moonshadow and Logan-35 to take him out instead.

- The Dominator is one of 7 weapons that has a variant of multi-shooting while consuming only 1 magazine, with the other weapons being the Scorpion, Logan-35, C25 Marrugo, SE-40 Prowse, Big Lester, and Pequeno-R25.
- It is similar to the C25 Marrugo, but more powerful and has a smaller magazine size.
- The Dominator fires faster with the male Character.
