Poncho-25 is a weapon in the game Commando 2. It shoots short range shotgun shells. Any soldier within range is damaged. It is obtained by accomplishing the 1^st Mission and unlocking the 2^nd Mission. Every hit gives extra bonus of 50 points.

• It is part of Category F, along with PA-4514, Ti-rex M30, C25 Marrugo, and Dominator.
• It is very similar to the PA-4514, but it has longer barrel, it reloads faster, and has smaller range.
• It can shoot through walls.
• Soldiers killed by the poncho and other shotguns will appear to have their corpses knocked backwards, though this will not affect anything they drop.
• It is probably based on the real-life Mossberg 590, a pump-action riot shotgun.
• The firing sound is shared by the USP, a pistol, from Counter-Strike. Because of this, there is no pumping sound after firing unlike the PA-4514, even though it's based on a pump-action shotgun.
• The Poncho-25 fires faster with the male Character.
